London-based painter known for vividly colored landscapes that render imagined terrain through a Fauvist palette. Douglas-Morris studied Fine Art at Brighton University and earned her MA from the Royal College of Art in 2013. Her oil paintings on canvas combine bold color swaths, detailed foliage, and sheer washes that create a watercolor effect — depicting internal landscapes open to the viewer's own journeys rather than literal scenes. Her work has been exhibited at the Saatchi Gallery, Dallas Contemporary Museum, and the Liverpool Biennial (2012). The Dallas Museum of Art acquired work for its permanent collection in 2024. She was featured in 100 Painters of Tomorrow (2014) and The Anomie Review of Contemporary British Painting 2 (2021). Co-represented by Lehmann Maupin (New York, Seoul, London) and Alexander Berggruen. A solo exhibition of new work inaugurated Lehmann Maupin's 2026 season at their Mayfair space.
