AI/ML Engineer

Meridian Labs is applying machine learning to climate prediction models that actually influence policy. We need an ML engineer who can bridge the gap between research papers and production systems. You will work alongside climate scientists, turning experimental models into reliable, scalable services.

Productionize research ML models. Build training and evaluation pipelines. Optimize model inference for real-time predictions. Collaborate with climate science team. Monitor model performance and drift.

3+ years ML engineering in production. Experience with PyTorch or JAX. Strong Python and systems programming. Published research or significant open-source contributions preferred.
