Manage and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Build and maintain email/SMS lifecycle flows. Analyze funnel performance and report on KPIs weekly. Collaborate with creative team on ad production. Test and scale new acquisition channels.
3-5 years growth marketing experience. Managed $50K+/month ad budgets. Strong analytical skills with GA4 and attribution modeling. Experience in fashion, luxury, or DTC brands preferred.
