Southbank Collective produces cultural programming that brings together art, music, food, and conversation. We need an events director who can orchestrate complexity without losing spontaneity — someone who knows that the best events feel effortless precisely because someone sweated every detail.

Produce 40+ annual events across London venues. Manage relationships with venues, artists, and sponsors. Build and lead production team. Own P&L for events division. Develop new event formats and partnerships.

5+ years in cultural event production. Track record of profitable large-scale events. Strong network in London arts and hospitality. Experience managing teams of 10+.
