The State of Texas (via the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund, established under the Texas CHIPS Act 2023) awarded USA Rare Earth $14,177,600 in May 2026 to accelerate development of its Round Top Mountain heavy rare earth project in Hudspeth County, West Texas.
