- No fuel-supply-chain risk factors (e.g., HALEU enrichment dependency) are discussed in this source; that gap is partially covered by other nuclear-SMR industry writing (not ingested this cycle) and remains a named knowledge gap.

This tracker closes what was, before this cycle, a complete blank in the electrification KB: not one prior source touched on-site nuclear or SMR power for data centers, despite the topic's own LENS.md never having named it as a required entity/number (a LENS gap worth flagging — see frontier.md Knowledge Gaps). The deal list makes concrete a distinction that matters for anyone assessing datacenter-power economics: restart-of-existing-reactor deals (Microsoft/Constellation, Amazon/Talen) deliver power in the 2027-2028 window, while new-build SMR fleets (Meta/TerraPower, Meta/Oklo, Amazon/X-energy, Google/Kairos) cluster in 2030-2035 — meaning nuclear is not yet, and will not soon be, a near-term answer to the interconnection-queue and time-to-power problems the Power Grid Infrastructure paper and the Bloom Energy 2026 report (both ingested this cycle) document.
