Nocturn Studio creates digital experiences for luxury and hospitality brands. We need a design lead who understands that luxury is not about excess — it is about restraint, precision, and the details that make someone feel considered. You will lead a small team and work directly with brand founders.

Lead design for 3-4 concurrent client projects. Establish and evolve design systems. Present work directly to brand leadership. Hire and mentor designers. Set quality bar for all visual output.

6+ years design experience with 2+ in leadership. Portfolio showing luxury/premium brand work. Proficiency in Figma. Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.
