30x Varda), targeting orbital pharma/protein-crystal/semiconductor/optical-fiber manufacturing. Launched on a Falcon 9 from SLC-40, Cape Canaveral. Same day, SpaceX opened its first public $20B bond offering ($100.8B cash) to refinance ~$17.5B of X/xAI debt. (SpaceX Starfall) - May 22 — [Mission] Starship Flight 12 — first flight of Starship V3 (Block 3) and first launch from Pad 2 at Starbase (Ship 39 + Booster 19).
