In scope: optical interconnect and co-packaged optics, scale-up vs scale-out fabrics, NVLink/InfiniBand/Ethernet economics, bandwidth per dollar, topology, cross-datacenter links. Out: memory bandwidth inside a package (hardware), photonic COMPUTE (out of the KB entirely).
